MICHAEL
SUSCAVAGE, President, formerly President and CEO
of Global Marketing Resources (a $100 million media
barter company incorporated in 1992), has been working
in the corporate barter business since January 1983
with hands-on sales experience in virtually every
consumer product category at companies such as AT&T,
Kodak, Volkswagen, 3M, Bayer, Sony Electronics, and
Coca-Cola Foods. Was also President of Arnold Asset
Management, the in-house media barter company of the
fourth largest agency in the world, Arnold Worldwide/Havas
Advertising. Senior Vice President, Broadcast Marketing
Corporation, at the time the country's largest and

THORNTON
GEARY, Executive Vice President , former senior
sales executive with several major corporate media
barter companies including Global Marketing Resources,
an industry leader at the time, and Broadcast Marketing
Corporation, which he joined in the mid-1980's. Has
extensive experience in the many forms corporate media
barter can take including "straight trade"
transactions, media "savings" opportunities,
media in exchange for real estate, and various cash
programs for inventory. Has hands-on knowledge and
business experience at the highest levels with scores
of nationally/regionally known closeout buyers such
as Big Lots, QVC, Mazel Company, Dollar General, Costco,
and Burlington Coat Factory, among others. Previously
was Director of Sports Marketing at AT&T and Director

ANTHONY MORGIS, Senior Vice President Marketing, former executive of New York-based Arnold Asset Management, a division of Arnold Worldwide Advertising; hands on barter experience with McDonald’s and other Arnold clients. Was Senior Vice President Sales for Broadcast Marketing Corporation and Global Marketing Resources, recognized leaders in the still growing corporate media barter industry with annual sales estimated at $10 billion. Worked with such diverse manufacturers as Lexmark, Starter Sportswear, Shering-Plough, United States Playing Card Company, and VF/Bestform. Responsible for identifying new revenue streams and developing marketing strategies to help liquidate excess and closeout products in exchange for valuable media and travel trade credits or cash. ANDREW PICONE, Sr. Vice President Media Director,
whose career spans over two decades with media departments
of major advertising agencies and buying services
such as BBDO, Oglivy & Mather, Horizon Media,
Warwick Baker O'Neill and MRI International. Thoroughly
familiar with the entire media process including the
use of barter, media planning, buying, and application
of appropriate research tools. Has worked extensively
